#49 Dawn Three
Dawn Three – Inspired by the watercolour sketches of William Turner on his journey through the downs of Yorkshire.
All I remember of my hikes in the dales and hills of Yorkshire was the dazzling and fleeting light silouetting the landscape. I chose heavy Waterfort papier using a wet-in-wet method creating soft images and vanishing outlines. I wanted to create an impression of fleeting light.
